One-time Credit Card Payments

Credit Card payments are processed through the PayPort Online service via the Colorado.gov website.

PayPort charges a fee for credit card payments, which is (Transaction amount + $0.75) x 2.25%

One-time eCheck Payments

eCheck payments are processed through the PayPort Online service via the Colorado.gov website.

PayPort charges a fee for eCheck, which is $1.00

Paper Check payments

A check can be posted to: TMWSD, PO Box 443, Tabernash, CO, 80478 

Billing and Rates

Quarterly bills are sent out after each quarter. e.g. the first week of April, July, October and January.

 Residential flat rate is currently $498 per quarter, which includes $243 water service fees and $255 sewer service fees.

The flat rate includes 15,000 gallons of water use per quarter.

Overage fees

Any use beyond the alotted 15,000 gallons is subject to overage charges:

1,000-5,000 over: $10 per 1,000 gallons

5,001-10,000 over: $50 + $20 per 1,000 gallons

10,001 or more over: $150 + $50 per 1,000 gallons
